The mentorship program for at-risk youth is a comprehensive and individualized program designed to provide guidance, support, and positive role modeling for young individuals facing various challenges and risks. The program aims to empower and inspire these youth to overcome obstacles, make positive choices, and achieve their full potential. Here is an outline of the mentorship program:

The mentor and mentee engage in regular one-on-one meetings to build a trusting and supportive relationship. These meetings can take place in person, virtually, or through a combination of both, depending on the program's format and resources. The mentor works closely with the mentee to identify and set achievable goals in various areas of their life, such as education, career, personal development, and social skills. The mentor provides guidance, encouragement, and accountability to help the mentee stay focused and motivated towards their goals. Positive Role Modeling: Mentors serve as positive role models for at-risk youth, demonstrating positive behaviors, values, and attitudes. They help shape the mentee's character, self-esteem
